Clear skies, free from wild fire smoke and other pollutions, and rivers that though bound, still run with salmon

The space, time and energy to grow fresh food just steps from my back door

the hard work and persistence of the farmer, rancher, truck driver, logisticians, and grocery store clerks who ensure I needn’t rely on my own garden for survival

Peace in which I may enjoy the flowers and the sun

Electricity, clean water, warmth and security

Companions who don’t mind I haven’t vacuumed yet

and delicious sweet potato salad!
